Online registration will be available until the conference begins and onsite registration will also be available, however if you’ve ever planned a conference or wedding or large event, you may realize that caterers want to know about how many people are attending!
So if you are planning to register in the next two weeks or onsite, I would very much appreciate a quick email letting me know that you are planning to attend. And I hope you are – the more the merrier!
An update/checklist for delegates will be coming out next week.
See you in 19 days!
Sincerely your nail-biting chair,
Head, Research Services

Dear APLA Members and Friends,
We are pleased to officially launch the program for “APLA 2012: Discovering Hidden Treasures", the Annual Conference of the Atlantic Provinces Library Association to be held in Wolfville, Nova Scotia from Tuesday, May 22nd to Friday, May 25th, 2012.
Early Bird registration begins now and will continue until April 13, 2012.
Find registration, program, accommodation information and more on our continually updated conference web site.
Discover the value of our Association, its members, and the treasures of our conference program through keynotes, sessions, exhibits, social events, and meetings! This year’s conference program is designed for delegates to collaborate and offers a variety of sessions to inspire, learn new skills, share knowledge and celebrate innovation. We thank all APLA members who submitted session proposals and have agreed to be our distinguished speakers.
Want to get involved? Become a conference volunteer! We would greatly appreciate the support from delegates to fill important jobs over the course of the conference.
On behalf of all of us on the APLA 2012 Conference Committee, we hope you will join us in Wolfville in May!
Jennifer Richard, Conference Chair
